We understand the customer concern regarding purchase of expensive instruments online. But we have tried to make this easy and have taken the risk out of the process! You can buy with confidence and gain access to wonderful instruments you won't find in average music stores. We only sell high-end custom and rare instruments to customers all over the world.. Please read about our return and exchange policies, it's simple but effective. We even take back NON-DEFECTIVE items within 14 days of original invoice date. But Non defective returns are subject to 10% Re-stocking fee. Meaning you will be credited or refund only 90% of the original price paid for the item! 10% are necessary to cover our costs and expenses. Of course you must contact us for return authorisation. Items will be inspected on arrival on deceptiveness. Once non-defects confirmed, items will be exchanged or customer receives refund

We also have a 48 hour trial period on instruments. If you do not like the instrument for any reason just contact us and let us know you will be returning the instrument. Instruments must be returned to us by UPS or equivalent carrier prepaid insured and should be packed in the manner it was received
