LAYAWAY, EXTENDED PAYMENT
The Fellowship of Acoustics offers the possibility to pay off your guitars in
a layaway arrangement.
1. Two month layaway.
You can layaway anything we sell for two (2) months with no penalty or interest
for 20% deposit of the purchase price. This is a non refundable deposit as we
are tying up merchandise for you. Simply pay off the purchase within 2 months
and you're all set!
2. Extended Layaway
The Extended layaways are available for 2% of the unpaid balance per month which
is then added to the purchase price. If you have a layaway purchase that has
not been paid in full within 2 months it automatically goes into the extended
layaway arrangement after the 2nd month has expired, a 2% surcharge is added
to the unpaid balance until the layaway is paid in full. All other layaway rules

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We have a 24 hour trial period on receipt of instruments. If you do not like
the instrument for any reason just contact us and let us know you will be returning
the instrument. Instruments must be returned in the same condition you received
them. Instruments should be returned in the same package and brought to us by
UPS or equivalent carrier prepaid insured and should be packed in the manner
it was received. You do have to pay for actual return freight costs, the initial
freight costs to you, any discounts on freight costs. We ask you to be sure
about what your buying, means colour, style, sound, how the neck feels and most
of all if your ready to spend the money. Better be safe than sorry !

ALL OUR NEW ITEMS ARE COVERED BY A 12 MONTH WARRANTY! And that’s without
the Manufacturer’s warranty!
WE BUY AND TRADE
We LOVE Guitars, and buy and trade for most stringed instruments. But we need
to make a buck and therefore we take a small percentage on market value. Contact
us if you intend to sell or trade your instrument or collection
CONSIGNMENT
We offer a worldwide audience targeted on Guitars and are happy to accept top
quality instruments for consignment. We are not to proud to advertise on Ebay,
and several other major websites like Gbase and Akustik gitarre magazine. Our
website generates aprox 60.000-70.000 visitors every month. The majority of
our customers are based in Europe, but also in the USA, Japan & Australia.
Because of the intensive research time and presentations on ebay, several other
sites and our own site we selectively choose our consignment instruments. If
needed we take care of a setup and necessary repairs, and spend research time
and expertise to your instrument at no charge. We don’t do consignment
on guitars that are not actually at the fellowship!

INSTRUMENTS APPRAISALS (taxaties/taxierung)
If you like to know the current value of your instrument the Fellowship of acoustics
can provide you with:
1. Appraisal based on collectors / insurance value.
2. Appraisal based on Street market value.
Both appraisals are detailed descriptions of your guitar, signed and dated
by the fellowship of acoustics.

Please e-mail us with information, and clear photo’s covering each part
of the instrument. If you only send us photo’s and not the actual instrument,
we will mention this in the appraisal. If you send us the instrument for inspection
